The details are set for Thursday’s WDC Welcome Party. It will be from 8 to 10 p.m. at Bar Louie, 47 W Polk. Polk is three blocks south of Congress. Trivia mogul Dan Burgess will host a Diplomacy-themed trivia game for us. We’ll be in a private room at Bar Louie. Guests will pay their own tabs.
After trivia, a few of the locals will lead an expedition to an obscure bar on the north end of Grant Park where we’ll delight each other by singing karaoke.
