Here’s the latest news from the Weasels.
Opening Night, Take Two
We fell short of a full board for last week’s Opening Night game at the Red Lion, so we’ll try again this week. This time, the game is scheduled for Friday night at my place in Little Italy. We’ll start at 6:30 and play till midnight. Help us get this ninth season going by signing up.
Brawl Star!
While we had to reschedule Opening Night, the Bar Room Brawl went off as planned. We even almost started on time. Check out the website to see who won and get his reaction. Hopefully the other players and our two observers will contribute their thoughts as well.
DipCon at Tempest
Tempest in a Teapot will host the 2013 North American Diplomacy Championship, Oct. 11-13 at the Sheraton Silver Spring. Tempest is the premier event of the Potomac Tea and Knife Society, the club on which we are modeled. The PTKSers sent a board our way when we hosted the World and North American championships last summer. Let’s reciprocate with as many players as we can this year. Dan Burgess, Nate Cockerill, my son Kevin and I are talking about road-tripping there. Can we get a convoy together?
You can find more info at the PTKS website.

Sign up for games at the website, on Meetup, or by emailing your faithful War Weasel (which is Nate Cockerill, nathancockerill@yahoo.com for the time being).
