March Madness wraps up this week!

We’ve had four good house games this month, one each weekend. Our March Madness extravaganza will conclude with bar games at Cinner’s in Lincoln Square on Wednesday and Ballydolyle in Downers Grove on Thursday. We’re on target to match our club record for games played in a month at six, set in August 2009 and matched in March 2010. Looks like we’ll have 13 or 14 for tomorrow night at Cinner’s. Wahoo!

Hey, I’m just as anxious as you are. I’m battling a cold and had to drop out last night. I’m home today, and I stayed home yesterday, too.

I believe there were 12 players and two boards, with two guys pulling double duty. There was a Dan Burgess cameo, and possibly one by Christian Kline, as well; he couldn’t make the game start. Our new players had a good time, I’m told, but that’s all I know. I’ll update the site as soon as I get the charts.
