Game Opening: Armistice at Guthrie’s

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, the guns of Europe fell silent and World War I came to an end. At 11 p.m. this Wednesday night, we’ll commemorate that moment by dropping our pens to end a Diplomacy game at Guthrie’s Tavern. Originally scheduled for Chicagoland Games, we changed venues to take advantage of the holiday on Thursday.
