Fun traditions and fierce competition In the Chicagoland Area

An online resource for Diplomacy Strategies

using Sum of Squares Scoring

facts about us

#Season 14

Our Diplomacy league is the most active in North America. We average more than two league games per month in addition to Tournament play. We score all of our games using the Sum of Squares scoring system, and each player's best three scores count toward the season standings. We are known for our fierce competition, strong traditions, upstanding character and trustworthiness, and the propensity for Turkey to open to Armenia.

In case you've been living in a cave and haven't heard, we're hosting World Dip Con next year at the Congress Plaza Hotel downtown. The dates for the WDC at Weasel Moot VI are Aug. 10-12, 2012.

We're also bidding on the North American Diplomacy Championship, more commonly referred to as DipCon, which we would hold in tandem with the WDC. The polls are now open. Although we're the only bid up for consideration, we'd still appreciate your support.

Anyone who has played in two Grand Prix events between November 2010 and November 2011 is eligible to vote. The 2011 CODCon Open and the recently completed Weasel Moot V both count as Grand Prix events. If you're eligible, you have until Oct. 1 to cast your vote, which you may do here:

Thanks for your support. We look forward to seeing you at Weasel Moot VI, home of the World Diplomacy Championship and, hopefully, the North American Diplomacy Championship.
